Every account gets
- Roasted to orderYour coffee is roasted on Monday for Tuesday delivery, or Thursday for Friday.
- Van delivery in PortlandFree inside the city on standing orders over 10 lb. Shipped anywhere else at cost.
- Two hours of barista trainingAt your counter when you open the account, and again whenever staff turns over.
- A dial-in visitWe set your grinder and recipe on the first delivery and check it a month later.
- Net 15 termsAfter your first three orders. Invoices come by email with the roast date on them.
Reorders without the texts
Most cafés reorder by texting the roaster at closing time. We give every account a standing order and a reorder link instead. Change Monday's order from your phone until 8 PM Sunday, and we confirm by email.
