Who they are

Mostly home cooks feeding two to four people on weeknights, 25 to 54, 78% in the US. They open on Sunday morning and cook from the list on Sunday night, which is when a product placed in the recipe gets bought.

Published rates

The same rates for every brand, so nobody has to guess. Tick what you need and the total updates; it carries into the inquiry below.

A quarter-long partnership (three Sundays, three videos and one dedicated recipe) is $11,500. 50% to book, the rest net 15. I only work with products I've cooked with at least three times.

How a paid post is labelled

Every sponsored recipe opens with Paid partnership with and the brand's name, above the photograph, before anything else. Videos say #ad in the first line of the caption and use the platform's paid-partnership tag. Affiliate links are marked beside the link itself, not in a footer.

That's what the FTC's Endorsement Guides ask for, and it's in every contract. Brands don't review or edit ratings, and a recipe is never rewritten to remove a reader's complaint.

Start an inquiry

Tess replies within two business days with dates and a written scope. No calls needed unless you want one.

Before you send: every partnership is disclosed as described above. If that doesn't work for your brand, we're not a fit, and that's fine.
