Add-ons, priced the same way
The plan builder adds these for you when your answers call for them.

With a will plan, it passes your home without probate.
- Designated beneficiary agreementIncluded
For unmarried partners. Colorado's way to give your partner inheritance and medical rights.
- Supplemental needs trust$1,200
Leaves money to someone on SSI or Medicaid without ending their benefits.
- Blended family provisionsIncluded
Separate shares for each side of the family and an option for a neutral trustee.
- Property in another state$250
We coordinate the deed with a licensed attorney there, who quotes their own fee.
- Each extra Colorado property$300
A new deed into the trust, recorded with the county.
- Plan review and update$450

How you pay
Half when you sign the fee agreement after the design meeting, half at the signing. Card, check or bank transfer. If you decide not to go ahead after the design meeting, you pay nothing more.
What isn't included
Disputes in court, tax returns, Medicaid applications and deeds in other states. If your plan needs any of these, we tell you in writing, with a price, before any work starts.
