Before you buy

Is the price really all-in?

Yes. Every price on this site is the total you pay for that pass. Ticketing and card fees are inside it, and nothing mandatory is added at checkout.

Can I get a refund?

A full refund until August 13, 2027. From then until October 6 you can transfer your pass to a colleague for free, or turn it into a credit for 2028.

Is there a team rate?

Yes, on in-person and VIP passes: 10% off each for 3 or more, 15% for 5 or more, 20% for 10 or more. One invoice, and names can change until October 6.

Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?

Yes, for 3 or more passes. We hold the team rate for 14 days while the invoice is paid, even if the price rises in between.

Will sessions be recorded?

Every main stage and track session is recorded with captions. VIP and Virtual passes include the library for 12 months; in-person passes get the slides.

Will I be photographed?

We photograph and film the main stage and common areas, and say so at registration. Pick the red lanyard at badge pickup and our photographers will leave you out.

Where should I stay?

The Gristline holds rooms at $189 a night plus tax, four minutes' walk from the hall, until September 13. The link comes in your confirmation email.

Is the venue accessible?

Step-free entrances, elevators to every room, live captions in all four rooms, a quiet room and a nursing room. Tell us what you need at registration.

I'm not sure my manager will pay.

Use the trip email on the tickets page. It fills in the all-in cost, hotel and travel, and the sessions you picked, ready to send.
