In person
For anyone who wants the rooms, the hallway and the roundtable lunch.
Both days and every session, breakfast and lunch both days, the riverfront walk, the slides from every talk, and the event app with your agenda. VIP adds reserved front rows, the speaker dinner on Wednesday, the recordings library for 12 months and the quiet lounge, for $600 more.
Virtual
For teams who can't travel, or who want everyone to watch.
All four rooms live with captions, a chat with the speakers after each track session, and 12 months of recordings. The price does not rise.
Bringing a team?
The rate applies to every pass in the order. One invoice or one card, a purchase order if you need it, and names can change until October 6. If you add people later, we refund the difference so everyone pays the lower rate.

The policies
Refunds
A full refund until August 13, 2027, no reason needed. After that we don't refund, but you can transfer or take a credit.
Transfers
Free, as many times as you need, until October 6, 2027. Send us the new name and email; the new attendee gets their own confirmation.
Credit for 2028
Any time before the doors open, turn your pass into a credit for Northline Summit 2028 at the price you paid.
If we cancel or move it
A full refund within 10 business days, including the team rate, or a credit for the new date if you prefer.
Photographs and recording
We film the main stage and track rooms and photograph common areas. Speakers agree in writing. At badge pickup choose the red lanyard and our photographers will leave you out.
Code of conduct
Harassment of any kind isn't tolerated. Two named staff take reports in person, by text or by email during the event, and reply within 15 minutes.
Carers and access
A carer or support person comes free with any pass. Tell us at registration and we'll reserve seats near the aisle and the captions screen.
Your data
We use your details to run the event and send what you asked for. Attendees in the EU and UK can ask for a copy or deletion at any time; we reply within 30 days.
