No. The trial is 14 days and never asks for a card. When it ends nothing is charged; your workspace turns read-only until you pick a plan.
Settings, then Plan, then Cancel. Two clicks, online, no phone call. Monthly plans stop at the end of the month you're in.
No. Plans are flat. The only per-invoice cost is payment processing when a client pays online: 0.8% capped at $5 by bank, 2.9% plus 30 cents by card.
