What comes with the chair

  • No chair rent, ever. You're on payroll.
  • 40 paid education hours a year, chosen by you.
  • $150 a month toward health insurance.
  • Two weeks of paid time off, plus the week between Christmas and New Year's.
  • Half price on every product we stock.
  • Your book stays yours. We never cap your prices below your level.

The associate program runs nine months from each January and July, for four associates at a time. You need a Tennessee cosmetology license, or to be within three months of your exam. You learn our color system, curly and short cutting, and how to talk about price at the chair.
