Your first visit
What happens, what it costs, and the policies in full, so nothing surprises you at the desk.
- Book online or by text. Pick the service and the stylist level, or let the matcher choose. Color takes a 25% deposit; cuts need a card on file.
- Come ten minutes early. We'll offer tea, take your coat, and ask about your hair's history: past color, box dye, how you style it.
- Agree the plan and the price. Your stylist confirms what's being done and what it costs before any color is mixed.
- Leave with the next visit held. We offer a time inside your grow-out window. You can release it from the link in your text, free, up to 48 hours before.
Policies, in full
Why do you take a deposit?
A color visit holds a chair for two to four hours. Color, and any visit over $150, takes a 25% deposit (at least $25), taken off your bill. Cuts only need a card on file, which we never charge unless you miss the visit.
What if I need to cancel?
Change or cancel for free up to 48 hours before. Inside 48 hours we keep 50% of the booked services, and a missed visit is charged in full. Your deposit counts toward either.
What if I'm running late?
Text us. Up to 15 minutes late we keep your full time. After that we may shorten the service or move you to the next opening, and tell you which before we start.
Why do prices change by stylist?
Each stylist's level sets the price: New Talent, Senior or Master. Time and length set the rest. Prices are never set by gender, and every one is posted.
Do I need a consult first?
Only for a big change, color correction, or box dye in the last year. The consult is free, takes 15 minutes, and can be done from a photo.
What if I don't love it?
Tell us within 7 days. Your stylist adjusts the cut or the tone for free. If it's a color problem, a Master looks at it with you.
Will you text me?
Only if you tick the box when you book. Texts come from one number, never between 9 PM and 8 AM, and replying STOP ends them.
Do you post photos of clients?
Only with your yes and a signed photo release. Before-and-after pictures show the service, the time and the price, and are never retouched.
