What the levels mean
New Talent
Finished our nine-month associate program. Works with a Master on every color plan. New Talent books 20% more time, so nobody rushes.
Senior
Five or more years behind the chair and 40 hours of education every year. Most of our regulars see a Senior.
Master
Ten or more years. Teaches our associate program and takes color corrections. Book a Master for corrections and big changes.

The price, before the color
Your stylist confirms the plan, the time and the price at the chair before anything is mixed. If your hair needs more time than booked, you hear the new price first and can say no.
