How do I skip a box?
Open your account and tap Skip next box. That's it. The email we send 5 days before every charge has a skip link too, so you can do it without logging in.
Can I cancel online?
Yes, in two taps: Account, then Cancel subscription. No phone call and no chat. We'll offer a pause or a slower schedule once, with the cancel button right beside it, then email you a confirmation. Nothing more is charged.
When will I be charged?
On the day your box ships. Five days before, we email you the amount, the date and a skip link. Your first charge is the day you order.
Can I change the flavor between boxes?
Any time before the ship date. Swap between Citrus yuzu, Wild berry and Unflavored, or mix them across boxes.
What if I don't like it?
The first pouch is covered for 60 days. Email us and we'll refund it. You don't need to send it back, and you can keep the shaker.
Is it safe with my medication?
Ask your doctor or pharmacist first, especially if you take a blood thinner such as warfarin: leafy greens contain vitamin K. Take the full label with you; it's on the Daily Greens page.
