Yes, in two taps: Account, then Cancel subscription. No phone call and no chat. We'll offer a pause or a slower schedule once, with the cancel button right beside it, then email you a confirmation. Nothing more is charged.

On the day your box ships. Five days before, we email you the amount, the date and a skip link. Your first charge is the day you order.

Any time before the ship date. Swap between Citrus yuzu, Wild berry and Unflavored, or mix them across boxes.

The first pouch is covered for 60 days. Email us and we'll refund it. You don't need to send it back, and you can keep the shaker.

Not without warning. If a price ever goes up, we email you at least 30 days before the first charge at the new price, and you can cancel before it applies.
