Who we are

Jefi Studio is a marketing operations studio run by Jerome Reyes and Effie Magugat. This policy covers jefistudio.com and the forms, tools and emails connected to it. Questions or requests go to [email protected].

What we collect

Information you give us:

  • Your name, email, website and message when you request a teardown, send a message or ask a question.
  • Your name, email and order details when you buy from Jefi Shop. Payment details go straight to Dodo Payments, our checkout partner, and never reach us.
  • Your answers when you use the quiz, and the choices you make on a form.
  • Booking details you enter in our Cal.com calendar, including any answers to booking questions.
  • Your email address if you subscribe to The Follow-Up, our newsletter on Beehiiv.

Information collected automatically:

  • Google Analytics: pages viewed, how you arrived (for example a link in an email or a social post), device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and actions like clicking a button or finishing a form. Google Analytics doesn't store your IP address.
  • Microsoft Clarity: clicks, scrolling and anonymized session recordings that help us see where a page is confusing. Everything you type into a field is masked and never recorded.
  • Cloudflare: security logs and basic, cookie-free visit counts that keep the site fast and safe.
  • Your browser's local storage: your light or dark mode choice, your cookie choice, the page you first arrived on, and results from tools like the reply-time test. These stay in your browser.

How we use it

  • To reply to you and do what you asked, like recording a teardown or answering a question.
  • To send the newsletter if you subscribed. Every issue has a one-click unsubscribe.
  • To understand which pages and messages help owners, and to fix the ones that don't.
  • To keep the site and our forms secure and free of spam.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for ad targeting.

If we emailed you first

We sometimes contact businesses by email. We find business contact details from public websites and from Apollo.io, a business contact database. Reply to any of our emails to ask us to stop or to delete your details, and we will within 10 business days.

Who helps us

These companies process information for us, under their own security and privacy terms:

  • Google (Workspace email, Analytics, and the Sheets and Apps Script that receive form submissions)
  • Cloudflare (hosting, security and spam protection)
  • Microsoft (Clarity)
  • Cal.com (booking)
  • Beehiiv (newsletter)
  • Dodo Payments (checkout for Jefi Shop, as merchant of record)
  • Apollo.io (business contact data for outreach)
  • Slack and n8n (internal alerts so we reply quickly)

These providers may process data in the United States and other countries.

Cookies and your choices

Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked before analytics cookies are set. Everyone can change their choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer.

We honor Global Privacy Control signals. Browsers' Do Not Track signals have no common standard, so we don't change how the site works for them. We rely on your cookie choice and on Global Privacy Control instead.

How long we keep it

  • Messages, teardown requests and booking details: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client.
  • Analytics data: 14 months.
  • Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're in the EEA, the UK or another region with privacy laws, you have the rights those laws give you, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Patient and client data

This website doesn't ask for health information, and please don't send any through our forms. When we work for a clinic, patient data stays inside the clinic's own systems, under a signed Business Associate Agreement where one is needed. See how we handle client data.

Children

This site is for business owners and isn't meant for anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Big changes will also be noted on this page for 30 days.
