What are the flows you don't have yet worth?
Enter your monthly email revenue and tick the flows you run. You get an estimate of what the missing ones might add, the math behind it, and a comparison with the 41% of email revenue that flows produce on average.
Example numbers are filled in. Replace them with yours; the result updates as you type.

Assumptions you can change
Flow weights. How we'd expect a full flow program's revenue to split across these eight flows. This is Jefi's working assumption, not a benchmark, so change it to fit your store. Weights are scaled to 100 points.

How we got there
Klaviyo's 2026 benchmarks: flows produced about 41% of email revenue from 5.3% of sends, and revenue per recipient was nearly 18 times that of campaigns. Klaviyo 2026 email benchmarks

Fair questions
Where does 41% come from?
Klaviyo's 2026 email benchmarks report that flows generate nearly 41% of total email revenue from 5.3% of sends. It's an average across Klaviyo brands, so your store could sit above or below it.
Are the flow weights a benchmark?
No. They're our working assumption about how revenue splits across a full flow program, written down so you can see and change them. Abandoned checkout and welcome usually carry the most; replenishment only matters if people reorder.
Why hold campaign revenue steady?
Because building flows doesn't usually change what your campaigns earn. Holding campaigns steady keeps the estimate from counting the same dollar twice.
