Ironhouse Strength
A booking-first website for a small-group strength gym: a goal-to-program match that books free intros into real class slots, with prices and cancellation terms in plain sight.
What strength gym owners tell us
“Leads come in and we never reach them.”
What this build moves: lead-to-intro show rate: every lead books a real class slot, gets a text in under five minutes and a coach call within two hours
“January joiners quit by March.”
What this build moves: 90-day retention: every member starts with a matched program, a named coach, a paper log and a review at week four
“I can't compete with $10 gyms.”
What this build moves: average revenue per member: the cost-per-session comparison sells a coached hour on value, not on a discount
What this build has that a typical strength gym site doesn't
- A three-question match that names a program and a coach, then books a free intro into a class with spots shown
- A weekly timetable where every class shows six squares for six racks, filled as members book
- A cost-per-session comparison against a $10 gym plus a personal trainer, with the maths printed under it
- A record book of documented lifts, labelled sample, with a typical-results note
- Coach pages that explain what CSCS, USAW, SSC and DPT actually require
- Membership terms that say how to cancel online, when billing stops, and what you see before you pay
- A minute-by-minute first visit, with health paperwork kept on paper at the gym
- Follow-up timed to the research: a text in five minutes, a coach call in two hours, a reminder the day before

Six lifters, one coach.
Book a free intro- A 'call for pricing' page became a price table with cost per coached session and online cancellation.
- A contact form became a three-question match that books a real class slot.
- Every new lead gets a text in under five minutes and a coach call within two hours.
Built to respect
Cancellation works online as easily as joining, with price, billing date and terms shown before payment (ROSCA, California's online cancellation law, New York GBL). No health questions in web forms: the PAR-Q+ and waiver are done at the gym. SMS needs opt-in and honours STOP. The record book is labelled sample with a typical-results note under the FTC Endorsement Guides.
