Codeyard Academy
A website for an online coding bootcamp that prices every way to pay with the interest written out and counts every student who started in its outcomes table.
What bootcamp founders tell us
“Leads download the syllabus and ghost.”
What this build moves: lead-to-application rate: the curriculum is a public page that ends in a readiness check and an info session, not a gated PDF
“Accepted students don't pay the deposit.”
What this build moves: yield: the calculator answers the financing question first, then shows seats left and a deposit that is refundable for 7 days
“Cohorts don't fill by start date.”
What this build moves: seat fill rate: every page carries the next start date, the apply-by date and the seats left in that cohort
What this build has that a typical coding bootcamp site doesn't
- A calculator that shows APR, finance charge, amount financed and total of payments for paying in full, a monthly plan, a loan and deferred tuition
- Cohort dates with graduation dates, apply-by dates and seats left, on the home page and in the calculator
- An outcomes table by cohort with every enrolled student in the denominator, exclusions listed by reason and salaries only from offer letters
- A readiness check with five real JavaScript snippets that routes to the free prep course or the immersive
- The full curriculum week by week, with what you build each week and the four pass-or-retake gates
- A refund table that shows what you owe if you leave after each week
- Info session sign-up with separate, optional SMS consent and the follow-up schedule written out
- Archive photographs of the first programmers instead of a logo wall

See your total cost- A syllabus PDF behind an email gate became a week-by-week curriculum page and a readiness check with real JavaScript.
- 'Flexible financing available' became a calculator that shows APR, finance charge and total of payments for every option.
- A logo wall and a 94% placement claim became a cohort-by-cohort table that counts every student who started.
Built to respect
Placement and salary figures come from one cohort table that counts every enrolled student, lists exclusions by reason and uses offer letters for salaries (the CFPB's 2024 BloomTech order; California CEC section 94897). Every financing option shows APR, finance charge and total of payments, no income share agreements are offered, there are no student testimonials, cancellation and refund rights are stated before the deposit, and SMS reminders need a separate opt-in.
