Brightwater Family Dental
A family dental practice site for South Tampa where patients check their insurance, see their share and book an evening or Saturday visit before they ever pick up the phone.
What practice owners tell us
“The hygiene schedule has holes.”
What this build moves: No-show rate and confirmed visits: text-first reminders, and a recall flow that keeps going past the first text.
“We're not getting enough new patients.”
What this build moves: New patients a month: booking that answers the insurance question first and works after hours.
“They come once and drift away.”
What this build moves: Retention: a six-step recall over twelve months, and a membership plan for patients without insurance.
What this build has that a typical dental practice site doesn't
- Insurance check with real carriers and plan types before booking, including TRICARE Dental for MacDill families
- An estimate of the patient's share from your published fees
- Evening and Saturday times on the same calendar as weekdays
- An 'In pain now?' path that tells people what to do in the next ten minutes, and when to go to the ER instead
- A membership plan estimator for patients without insurance
- A published fee list with ADA codes
- Team credentials and how to verify each Florida licence
- A plain privacy section: BAA-covered vendors, no tracking pixels on booking pages

Open till 7, and Saturdays.
Check my insurance- A 'call us to ask about insurance' line became a tool that shows in-network status and the patient's share before they book.
- Evening and Saturday times are on the booking calendar, not hidden in a footer.
- One recall text became six steps over a year: text, email, text, a front-desk call, a postcard and a reactivation note.
Built to respect
HIPAA first: forms, texts, chat and CRM are specified on vendors that sign a business associate agreement, booking and form pages carry no ad pixels, the booking form asks for no health details, and review replies never mention care. Before and after photos only with written consent. Dr. Vo is described as a general dentist who provides Invisalign, never a specialist, under Florida Board of Dentistry rules. The membership plan is labelled as not insurance. Built to WCAG 2.1 AA with no overlay.
